These terms govern your use of the Calling All Paws website. "We," "us," and "our" mean Calling All Paws, a dog grooming business with three locations in Kingsport, Tennessee. "You" means anyone who visits this site.

What this website is

This site is informational. It describes our services, our shops, and how to reach us. It isnot a booking system. Nothing on this site creates an appointment, reserves a time slot, or forms a contract for services. No appointment exists until you have spoken with one of our shops and we have confirmed it with you directly.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell services at a particular price to a particular pet.

Pricing and service information

Prices shown on this site are estimates and starting points, not quotes. The final price for a groom depends on your dog's size, breed, coat type and condition, temperament, and the services you choose. Matting, heavy shedding, and pets that need extra time or handling can change the price. Prices may change without notice, and the price we tell you at the shop controls.

We work to keep service descriptions, hours, addresses, and phone numbers accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current, or error-free. Hours and availability can change, including for holidays and unexpected closures. Please call ahead if the details matter to your plans.

Not veterinary advice

Any grooming or pet-care information on this site is general and offered for convenience only. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed veterinarian. If your pet has a health concern, please consult a veterinarian.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, layout, and design on this site are owned by Calling All Paws or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Calling All Paws name and paw logo are our marks.

You may view, print, or share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its host, or any connected system
• interfere with or disrupt the site, including by overloading or attacking it

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sullivan County, Tennessee, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in full effect.
