This policy explains how the Calling All Paws website at this address handles information about the people who visit it. "We," "us," and "our" mean Calling All Paws, a dog grooming business with three locations in Kingsport, Tennessee.

The short version: this website is a brochure. It has no contact form, no account sign-up, no newsletter, and no online payment. We do not ask you for any personal information, and we do not sell or rent information about our visitors to anyone. The only way to reach us is to call the shop.

Information we do not collect

Because the site has no forms or logins, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment details, or pet information through this website. If you call one of our shops, that conversation happens over the phone and is not covered by this policy, which is about the website only.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like nearly every web host, Cloudflare records standard server request data when a page is served, which can include:

  • your IP address
  • your browser type and operating system
  • the page you requested and the date and time you requested it
  • the page that referred you, if any

We use this only to keep the site running, secure, and reachable. We do not use it to try to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy, which you can read at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Third-party content on this site

Some parts of the site are loaded from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches that content, those companies receive your IP address and basic browser information, the same way they would if you visited their site directly. We do not control what they do with it.

Google Maps

Google Fonts

Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles.

UptimeRobot

We use UptimeRobot to alert us if the site goes down. It checks the site from its own servers on a schedule. It does not run in your browser, does not set cookies, and receives no information about you.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own. The embedded Google Maps described above may set cookies from Google's domains. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — every major browser offers these controls, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking cookies may keep the embedded maps from working properly, but the rest of the site will function normally.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no shared standard for how sites should respond to it. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond to these signals differently.
